The 432Hz Frequency

Scientists have shown that everything is composed of energy and everything has its own vibration and frequency, which can increase or decrease. The 432Hz frequency is an alternative configuration, which is in line with the harmonics of the Universe.

We all vibrate on a certain frequency, higher or lower, depending on the thoughts, intentions and emotions we experience and manifest. Just as the human body is made up of 80% water, musical frequencies can influence our vibrational frequency, changing our states of consciousness.

Not only scientists have demonstrated the differences and effects of 432Hz and 440Hz. Professional musicians, but also amateurs have noticed that 432Hz music is more beautiful and harmonious. Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation helps you become aware of present experiences, which means that the mind is no longer busy with past experiences and no longer worries about the future. In Buddhist philosophy, the ultimate benefit of meditation is to free the mind from attachment to things it cannot control, such as external circumstances or strong internal emotions.

Start by focusing on breathing as air enters your nose. Every breath is meditation. Stay still and be aware of each breath for a few minutes. Being present allows the mind to move from thinking focused on the outside world to conscious, attentive thinking: being aware of the moment, the breath and the inner experience. The more you do this, the deeper the effect of the practice. When you find that safe place inside, you can retreat there to feel safe and at peace.

You don’t need a meditation marathon to reap the benefits of meditation: studies show that in 10-minute sessions you can improve your concentration, memory and even train your brain to better cope with everyday situations. Don’t stress that you are not good at meditation. If you can’t detach yourself from the thoughts in your mind, it’s okay: simply acknowledge that at that moment this is happening to your thoughts and actively change your focus on your body and breathing.

Mindfulness practice is new but will remain for many, many years. Its effects are a physically healthy life but especially emotionally and rationally, also improving couple and inter-human relationships. It is an extraordinarily strong antidote to stress and depression. By living in the present moment and accepting, you get an extraordinary clarity on the things around you, on the relationships you are in, understanding much better the desires and intentions of those around you.

The key components for mindful living are:

  • Pay attention to breathing, especially when you feel intense emotions
  • Notice how you feel at the moment, visually, sounds, smells, things that usually get out of your consciousness
  • Recognize that thoughts and emotions are fleeting and do not define you
  • Calibrate with the physical sensations of your body: how the water feels on the skin, how the body feels in the stool, etc.
